Fully competitive electric markets foster innovation, enhance consumer protections, and provide better overall service and value for residential, commercial, and industrial customers by giving them more choices, convenience, and control.

But as beneficial as electric choice is, it is severely underutilized in Pennsylvania, meaning neither the Commonwealth nor its variety of residential, commercial, or industrial consumers are realizing the full benefits of true competition.
